Staying motivated as a small business owner can be challenging at times. Small business owners can easily become over-whelmed as we wear many different hats. Human resource department, accounting department, IT department, marketing department and the list goes on of the different roles a small business owner plays. Success is proven to follow the motivated and thus as small business owners it is extremely important to do whatever it takes to stay motivated!



As a small business owner of two different companies I have relied a lot on following the different strategies recommended by Tony Robbins. Personally a few years back at the age of 31 I had enough of corporate America and wanted to have complete control of my own life. I resigned from a white collar secure six figure paying job to start a cleaning company with my first child on the way! My environment immediately changed from motivated individuals who were financial secure to employees who lived pay check to pay check and not very positive. I relied a lot on self help books, along with various online sites to stay motivated and found Tony Robbins information to be extremely helpful. Unfortunately I wasn't able to participate in any of his live events as I couldn't risk the financial investment at the time, though found his books and sites to be extremely helpful.

Recently Tony Robbins and NBC launched Breakthrough, a television show that is absolutely phenomenal. He shares real life tragedies and how his strategies transformed the horrible into an amazing outcome. Business owners will find great value in watching this amazing series and for free can also experience an online self help course. Mr. Robbins has taught me how to program my brain to trigger positive thoughts during traditionally stressful moments in my business.

In three years I grew my cleaning company to a million dollar business to have it drop by over 20 percent during the recent economic pullback and it became unprofitable. To keep the cleaning business going with my 30 employees and support my family I started an online company. In just over a year our online business became a 3 million dollar rapidly growing company. Many issues with both businesses arise daily and Tony Robbins blogs, sites and books keep my head sharp and mind focused.

Small business owners have so many responsibilities and are often faced with many decisions to make. A life coach like Anthony Robbins can truly assist all business owners. My small businesses have had huge repercussions on my life as a father, husband, friend, son, brother and neighbor. Difficulties have arisen both in my business and personal life because of inexperience, a poor economy and a wife with various health issues. I've remained strong with Tony Robbins assistance without him even knowing and am confident that my businesses will be successful because of my constant stride for self improvement with his help. Any exercise routine, when done properly, will surely yield good results. It may take a while before you see the effects, and with the proper nutrition plan, losing weight will be a breeze. However, if you prefer to eat lots of food without counting the amount of calories, then, shedding off your excess poundage will really be very hard for you.

There are many causes of weight gain that are attributable other than to diet. One is the fitness program you follow, the calories you put in your body, and lastly, a health condition.




Walking briskly is a good way to lose your excess poundage. If you walk at least thirty minutes daily (5 days a week), you’ll see results in less than a month. You would have lost a couple enough pounds to say that the exercise is effective. On the other hand, if you walk leisurely instead of briskly, your half-hour walk a day would not suffice. You would need to spend longer hours walking in order to see some results.

You also have to take into account that an effective exercise should go together with a naturally healthy diet program unique to your requirements. If you are new at this exercise routine, a typical slip-up is usually to exercise and not check out your caloric intake. Thus, you actually eat more unhealthy calories compared with what you really require and struggle with extra weight gained simply by consuming such quantity of food. There truly is nothing wrong about this. However, bear in mind that as you increase the quantity of food you eat, you should also boost the intensity and strength of your workouts.

For under-active thyroids, you gain weight fast despite efforts to lose weight. Hormones are also thought of as culprits for weight gain. Thus, despite efforts to remove excess poundage, the results are still futile.

Understanding the real cause of your weight loss or weight gain problem will definitely help you choose the perfect exercise program to follow. But, first, consult with your doctor to rule out any medical-related problems prior to starting your fitness program. You would not want to make matters worse for your health condition, right?

During Tibet's history, it has existed as a region of separate sovereign areas, a single independent entity and as a vassal under Chinese suzerainty or sovereignty. Tibet was first unified under King Songtsän Gampo in the 7th century. At various times from the 1640s until the 1950s, a government nominally headed by the Dalai Lamas, a line of spiritual political leaders, ruled a large portion of the Tibetan region. During some of this period, the Tibetan administration was subordinate to the Qing Dynasty.

In the chaos in China following the Xinhai Revolution in 1913, the 13th Dalai Lama expelled Qing's representatives and troops from what is now the Tibet Autonomous Region and governed it autonomously.Neither the new Republic of China, nor any other foreign state or the United Nations recognized this as legal Tibetan independence.In 1950, the People's Republic of China, emerging victoriously from the Chinese Civil War, quelled the 14th Dalai Lama's army and successfully negotiated for an acknowledgment of Chinese sovereignty. Since what constitutes Tibet is a matter of much debate (see map, right), neither its size nor population are simple matters of fact, due to various entities claiming differing areas as part of "Tibet"
