To keep your back straight throughout the entire exercise, it helps to tighten your abdominal muscles. Be sure to not sag or arch the back, as this will not allow you to benefit from the exercise. Do between 12 to 15 reps.

He even has a team of chewers, so he doesn’t put any gum in his mouth, unless he absolutely has to. Each portrait is created on a plywood surface, which is then sealed with an epoxy resin that protects and preserves it for long periods of time.
