UK pricing for Volvo’s new V60 sports wagon has finally been unveiled. This vehicle, which was recently introduced at the Paris Auto Show, is available in four equipment levels: ES, SE, SE Lux and R-Design. The standard equipment for the entry-level ES model includes Electronic Climate Control, Cruise Control, 5 inch color screen as part of the new Infotainment system, Information Centre, floor mats, Passenger Airbag Cut-Off Switch, steering wheel remote audio controls, alloy wheels and leather steering wheel and gear stick. Also offered as standard are the following: six-speaker Performance Sound Audio System, 16 inch alloy wheels and charcoal trim.
A premium pack is offered for the SE, SE Lux and R-Design models. This package includes a leather finish, satellite navigation system, DAB Digital Radio and High Performance Multimedia audio system. At its launch, the vehicle will be offered with a choice from six engines -- two diesels and four petrols. The diesel options are the D3 (2.0 liter - 123 hp and 400 Nm) and the D5 (2.4 liter - 205 hp and 420 Nm).
The petrol range includes the T3 (turbocharged 1.6 liter -150 hp and 240 Nm), T4 (turbocharged 1.6 liter - 180 hp and 240 Nm), T5 (turbocharged 2.0 liter - 240 hp and 320 Nm) and the T6 (turbocharged 3.0 liter - 304 hp and 440 Nm). The T3 ES is the entry level model of the range, and is priced from 23,145 pounds. At the other end of the scale, there’s the T6 SE model with all-wheel-drive that sells for 37,895 pounds. Meanwhile, the R-Design models, which have had upgrades to their interior and exterior, plus chassis enhancements, have a starting price of 25,695 pounds.
